Renovation Notice

Dear MBH Owner and Guests,
Mariner’s Boathouse will be undergoing an extensive exterior renovation project beginning August 17th through December 23rd, 2018. Half of the building will be vacant for work to be completed. Lanai enclosures and flooring will be replaced. Walkways will be re-coated, concrete repaired, the building painted and unit doors replaced.

Please be aware that there will be construction noise, equipment and workers present. Parking will be limited. Scaffolding will be up on the beach side of the building. This may slightly impair the unit’s view to the water from the lanais. We anticipate that the pool will remain open the entire time. The spa will be closed as needed for work to continue safely.

We will do all we can to avoid negatively impacting your stay during this necessary improvement.
